
Ingredients
- Crumbed Chicken tenders
- Rice
- Spring Onion (Green Onion)
- Egg
- Tonkatsu Sauce
Method
- Put the rice into the rice cooker and leave it whilst you cook the rest
- Into the air fryer place 3 crumbed chicken tenders per adult serving (or 2 per child serving), adding seasoning to your liking (reccomend garlic powder) turn it to 180°C (356°F) for 18 minutes and Start.
- Whilst everything is cooking, prepare the egg. On medium heat, crack the egg into the pan using a spatula or something similar to break the yolk and mix it, pushing the edges in to create a circular shape with the cooked egg. Leave the egg to the side under a lid to trap the heat.
- Chop up the spring onion (green onion)
- Once everything is done cooking, prepare to serve.
- Cut the chicken tenders into bite sizes
- Putting rice at the bottom of the bowl, placing the egg on top of the rice and sliding the cut pieces of crumbed chicken tenders on top of the egg.
- Drizzle tonkatsu sauce over the entire dish, and cover the center of the dish in chopped spring onion (green onion) And you are done!
