- Cabbage Salad
Method
- Crumb chicken (flour, egg wash and Panko bread crumbs) and fry in grape seed oil
- Prepare cabbage salad with rice wine vinegar and sesame oil
- Steam rice to serve
- Add S and B Golden Curry to simmering water and thicken to serve
- Thickly slice chicken - serve with rice, cabbage salad and top with curry sauce and spring onion.
