
Ingredients
- White rice
- Carrot
- Potato
- Crumbed chicken schnitzel
- Kewpie mayo
- Golden Curry mix
Method
- Chop up carrot and potato into small cubes.
- Boil carrot and potato until soft.
- Add golden curry mix to boiled carrot and potato (with boiled water).
- While boiling veggies, cook rice as per packet instructions.
- Fry crumbed chicken schnitzel in fry pain until cooked through and golden.
- Place rice and curry mix into bottom of bowl
- Cut and place chicken in strips of top of rice and curry mix.
- And kewpie mayo on top and serve
