
Ingredients
- Obento tonkatsu sauce
- Obento panko bread crumbs
- Chicken breast
- Steamed long grain rice
- Olive oil
- Milk
- Garlic salt
- Kewpie mayo
- 4 eggs
Method
- Cut chicken breast
- Crack 1 egg into a bowl and whisk until combined
- Add Obento panko bread crumbs into a separate bowl, add garlic salt
- Heat olive oil in a pan
- Coat chicken in the prepared egg then coat in the Obento bread crumbs and add to the pan. Cook until golden brown and set aside.
- Crack 3 eggs into a bowl with a dash of milk and whisk until combined. Add to pan and cook on low heat
- Heat steamed rice
- Slice chicken into strips, add rice and egg to a bowl and drizzle over kewpie mayo and obento tonkatsu sauce
