
Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- Mako breadcrumbs
- 2x Egg
- 1cup rice
- 1 Bok Choy
- 1 tomato
- 2x tablespoon canola oil
Method
- Cook 1 cup Rice
- Beat chicken flat using rolling pin to 1cm thickness. Whisk 1 egg in a bowl, add breadcrumbs to another bowl, coat chicken in egg mixture the coat in breadcrumb
- Prep vegetables, dice tomatoes. Clean bokchoy and trim to preffered size.
- Flash fry chicken. Set aside and use same pan to cook vegetables.
- Slice chicken into strips, plate on top of rice. Add Kewpie to taste!
