
Ingredients
- Obento Mirin Seasoning 1/2 Tablespoon
- Chicken Thigh 300g
- Soy Sause 1 Tablesoon
- Sake 1 Tablespoon
- Grated Ginger 1 Teaspoon
- Potato/Corn Starch 100g
- Cooking Oil for deep frying
Method
- Cut Chicken into bite sized pieces
- Marinate the chicken with all the sauces and ginger and leave to the side.
- Heat up oil in a deep frying pan.
- Coat Chicken with Corn/potato starch and place in the hot oil.
- Once it is cooked and crispy, take it out of the frying pan
- Can be served with rice, salad or any sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
