
Ingredients
- 400 grams of chicken breast diced
- 1/2 an brown onion finely chopped
- 2 carrots finely chopped
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup of baby corn
- 1/2 cup of bean shoots
- 100 grams of Water chestnuts
- 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
- Approximately 1/2 cup of ABC sweet soy sauce Kecap Manis
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 1 Tablespoon of Olive oil
Method
- Heat olive oil in a hot wok. Add chicken and cook until browned (approximately 10 mins). Remove chicken from wok and set aside.
- Add onion and garlic to wok, stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add mushrooms and broccoli and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add remaining vegetables, rice and return chicken to the wok.
- Add ABC sweet soy sauce Kecap Manis (add more soy sauce if needed).
- Stir-fry to mix all ingredients and heat through. Serve and enjoy! (Serves 4).
