
Ingredients
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
- 1 onion diced
- 300g chicken breast diced
- 2tbs minced garlic
- 1tbs minced ginger
- 1 1/2 cups mixed frozen vegetables
- 1/4 cup sweet soy sauce
- 1 large egg
- 1.5 cups of cooked rice
Method
- Add vegetable oil to a hot pan and fry onion, garlic and ginger, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add chicken breast and cook until browned.Add frozen vegetables and sweet soy sauce, cook for 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in cooked rice.
- Fry egg in a separate pan and serve rice with egg on top.
- Serve with extra Sweet Soy Sauce for extra deliciousness!
