Chicken Dude Burgers

Method

1. Use air fryer, oven or oil to cook chicken schnitzel pieces
2. Prepare bread with sauces of choice; tomato, bbq or relish etc
3. Wash and dry lettuce and any other salad wanted on burger
4. Layer bread, schnitzel, salad of choice (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, tomato), then top with cheese and kewpie mayo.
5. Cut into desired pieces and serve.
