
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Shredded Roast Chicken (Best to use the left over)
- Wasabi Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Kernel Corn
- 1 small Red onion (Finely chopped)
- 1 Celery stalk(Finely chopped)
- Salt, Pepper & Sugar (desired amount to taste)
- Soft Bread (I chose a brioche baguette style)
Method
- Put the shredded chicken in a bowl. It is best to use leftovers from any roast chicken dish.
- Add kernel corn, onion and celery. Mix them all together and season with salt, pepper and sugar according to your desired taste.
- Lastly add the wasabi mayonnaise for the stunning difference on your Chicken sandwich.
