Chicken avo sushi

Ingredients

• Sushi rice
• Rice wine vinegar
• Sugar
• Sushi mayonnaise
• Cooked chicken
• Nori sheets
• Avocado
• Soy sauce

Method

1. Cook rice as per instructions on packet
2. Season rice with rice wine vinegar and sugar. Cool
3. Slice avocado and chicken
4. Place nori sheet on sushi roll mat, place rice on one long edge and flatten with broad blade knife.
5. Add mayonnaise, chicken and avocado in line along long edge on top rice. Roll sushi roll, select with wetting last edge nori sheet with water.
6. Cut and serve sushi roll with soy sauce
