- Bok Choy
- Red capsicum
- Green beans
- Onion
- Garlic
- Broccoli
- Carrots
- Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce
- Soya sauce
- Shao shing cooking wine
Method
- Sear chicken fillets once done remove from pan
- Soften vegetables in pan once cooked return chicken to pan
- Add Oyster sauce,soya sauce and cooking wineToss through ingredients
- Serve immediately when sauce has thicken and serve with steamed rice
