- Chicken
- Panaeng paste
- Rice
- Mixed vegetables
- Coconut milk
Method
- Put rice in rice cooker
- Cut up chicken breast
- Heat up panaeng paste add half can of coconut milk for 5 mins
- Add chicken cook for 2 mins add frozen mixed vegetables and the rest of coconut milk and a table spoon of sugar simmer for 5 mins
- Serve out rice in a bowl with chicken and vegetables spoon sauce on top
