
Ingredients
- 1 capsicum
- 500g chicken breast
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- Ginger
- 2 spring onion
- Rice
- 1sp dark soy
- 2 tbs oyster sauce
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tps sugar
- White pepper
Method
- Combine chicken with sweet dark soy sauce and white pepper and marinade
- Heat oil. Add garlic, onion and ginger to wok and stir fry in hot wok for 1 min
- Add chicken and cook
- Add capsicum. Then add the oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar.
- Once cooked at spring onions and serve with rice
