- Chicken fillet
- Soy sauce
- Honey
- Garlic
- Corn flour
- White cabbage
- Carrot
- Coriander
- Microwave rice
- Kewpie mayo
- Sweet chilli sauce
- Rice wine vinegar
- White pepper
- Oil
- Lime
Method
- Marinade the chicken in soy sauce, honey and garlic.
- Drain away the excess marinade and toss the chicken in corn flour
- Shallow fry chicken in oil and then add excess marinade cook until chicken is cooked
- Chop white cabbage, and coriander and slice ribbons of carrot using a peeler.
- Cool microwave rice follow packet directions.
- Add all ingredients together and mix with rice wine vinegar, sweet chilli sauce and white pepper.
- Top with kewpie mayo and lime and enjoy!
