
Ingredients
- 5 cups pitted cherries
- 19 ounce can coconut milk
- Quarter cup maple syrup
Method
- On parchment paper dice 2 cups cherries bake 300 degrees on tray 20 minutes
- Combine coconut milk and remaining cherries in blender until smooth
- Pour into ice cream maker add roasted cooled when cooled
