
Ingredients
- 1 Carrot
- 2 Celery Sticks
- 1 Capsicum
- Bunch of Spring Onions
- 2 Eggs
- 500g Chicken Thighs
- 150g Pad Thai Noodles
- Valcom Pad Thai Paste
Method
- Prepare veggies by cutting into strips also do the same with chicken thighs.
- Boil some water ready for noodles, heat oil and cook veggies and put aside. Then scramble your eggs cook and put aside.
- Cook chicken in a little oil in a hot wok. Boil noodles for 8mins and drain. Once chicken is cooked add Valcom Pad Thai Paste and mix well.
- Return veggies, egg and noodles to wok and heat ready to serve. Time to eat yum yum yummy!
