
Ingredients
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 3 red chillies
- 1 green chilli
- Tsp of grated ginger
- ABC Sweet Soy Sauce Kecap Manis
- 500g pork mince
- 400g green beans
Method
- Dice garlic and chillies. Slice green beans in half.
- Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large wok on medium-high heat. Add green beans.
- Stirfry green beans for 4 minutes or until they blister. Sprinkle 1 tsp salt and then set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in wok on high heat. Add diced garlic, chillies, and ginger.
- Stirfry for 30 seconds then add pork mince.
- Cook pork mince until it turns white then add green beans.
- Add 2 tbsp of ABC Sweet Soy Sauce Kecap Manis. Cook for 2 mins or until caramelised.
- Serve with a drizzle of ABC Sweet Soy Sauce Kecap Manis.
