- Hokkien noodles
- Garlic
- Vegetable Stir fry Mix
- Water Chestnuts
Method
- Cook the pork belly slices until crispy
- Add Garlic and Lee Kum Kee Cantonese Sauce
- Cook hokkien noodles, put to the side
- Add fresh or frozen vegetable stir fry mix, and water chestnuts
- Add the hokkien noodles to the dish, stir through and serve
