
Ingredients
- 3x 400g can Butter bean
- 2x Leeks
- I tsp crushed Garlic
- .5 tspChilli
- I 300g Canned tomatoes
- I 227g can Valcom water chestnuts
- 2x stalks Celery
- Half head of Cauliflower
- 1 cup Water
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1tsp Paprika (sweet)
- .5 tsp Cumin
Method
- Fry off leek till soft add garlic and chilli fry for another minute add paprika cumin salt and pepper
- Add butter beans tomatoes and water chestnuts
- Add celery water and cauliflower
- Simmer for 5 minutes and eat..
