
Ingredients
- Brown rice
- Obento sushi seasoning
- Obento yaki nori
- Canned salmon or tuna
- Avocado
- Cucumber
Method
- Cook 1 cup of brown rice and then add a few splashes of sushi seasoning to hot cooked rice. Put in fridge to cool
- Slice cucumber and avocado.
- Drain spring water salmon or tuna from can and gently mash with a fork to remove any chunks
- Using bamboo roller, lay yaki nori shiny side down. Put half a cup of cooked rice, and row of cucumber, avocado and salmon/tuna. Roll tightly and cut into 2cm wide pieces.
