
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 tsp Cornstarch
- 3 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sugar
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 Tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 500g chicken mince
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 6 mushrooms
- 100g water chestnut
- 1 cup corn
- 8 lettuce leaves (cups)
- Crushed peanuts
- Spring onion
Method
- Mix cornflour with 1 tbsp water until lump free. Then add remaining water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, white sugar.
- Heat peanut oil in a wok over high heat. Add garlic and ginger, give it a quick stir then add onion. Cook for one minute.
- Add chicken mince and cook till white.
- Add all vegetables and cook till carrot is soft.
- Add the sauce, stirring to cover all ingredients.
- Place a large scoop into a lettuce cup, along with crushed peanuts and spring onion.
- Roll up and enjoy!
