
Ingredients
- Bluefin Tuna
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- 1 Spring Onion
- Sesame Seeds
- Pickled Ginger
- Roasted Seasoned Seaweed (to garnish)
- Obento Sushi and Sashimi Soy Sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Obento Ponzu Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil
Method
- Dice fresh bluefin tuna into small cubes. Add sesame oil, sesame seeds and sushi and sashimi soy sauce. Mix to combine and set aside.
- Mash avocado with spring onion and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble in 10cm round mold. First put 2cm of avocado into base of mold. Then put 2 cms of marinated bluefin tuna on top.
- Remove mold. Garnish with pickled ginger, roasted seaweed and sesame seeds.
- Drizzle ponzu sauce around plate and serve.
