
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of ghee
- 2 tbsp of light soy sauce
- 2 tsp of sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small brown onion, chopped
- 700g lean beef mince
- 4 eggs
- Half a cucumber
- 1 large carrot
- 400g sprouts
- 180g Kimchi
- Salt
- Pepper
- ABC Chilli Sauce
- Cooked jasmine rice to serve
Method
- Peel and thinly slice the carrots and cucumber, adding them to a dish of salted water - set aside
- Add the ghee in a non stick pan over medium heat and add the garlic and onion. Stir until soft and aromatic
- Turn the heat to high and add the mince, breaking it down with a wooden spoon. Add the soy sauce and cook until the meat is brown and starting to crisp.
- Once done, move the mince to a separate bowl.
- Using the same pan as you did for the mince, crack the eggs over medium heat. Taking the pan off the heat once the sides are crisping but the yolk is still runny.
- Assemble the bowl with rice, carrot, cucumber, kimchi, bean sprouts and mince. Place the egg on top.
- Finish off the dish with sesame oil, pepper and a generous lashing of ABC Chilli Sauce.
- Stir ingredients together and enjpy
