- Carrot
- capsicum
- cauliflower

- frozen peas and corn

- Mie goreng noodles
- ABC sweet soy sauce
- Vegetarian oyster sauce
- Black bean sauce
Method
- Chop carrot, capsicum, cauliflower, and broccoli into nice bite-size pieces! Also, chop cashews into smaller pieces so they can spread through the dish.
- In a large wok fry carrot, capsicum, cauliflower and broccoli in sesame oil (add some onion if you like as well). Let it fry for about 5 minutes or until it looks a bit cooked!
- Add cashews, sesame seeds, and frozen peas and corn a little later. Let it cook for about further 3 minutes or until it feels right.
- Don't forget to season the veg! With just about a teaspoon of ABC sweet soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce and black bean sauce!
- As the veggies cook, fill a medium pot with water and let it boil. Add three packs of instant Mi Goreng noodles and then reduce the heat to let it simmer for 3 minutes!
- Once the veg and noodles are done. Drain the noodle water, keep the noodles in the pot add the packet seasoning to the noodles and give it a stir!
- Plating! Add the noodles to two bowls, then top with the delicious fried and seasoned veg! Maybe add some sesame seeds on top (which I forgot to do)! ENJOY!
