
Ingredients
- 200 gm beef mince
- Fresh wonton wrappers
- 1/2 diced Brown onion
- 50gm shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot shredded
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 3cm piece of ginger minced
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of ayam teriyaki marinade and sauce
- 1/4 fish sauce
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 clove of garlic crushed
- 1 shallot thinly sliced
- chilli flakes to garnish
- Coriander to garnish
Method
- Combine mince, cabbage, carrot, onion, garlic, ginger teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Fill the wonton wrappers with 1 heaped teaspoon of mixture, dampen the edges before wrapping
- To make dipping sauce combine fish sauce, lime juice, rice wine vinegar, sugar, garlic, shallots, coriander and chilli flakes
- Boil, steam or deep fry the wontons
