
Ingredients
- 500g of Beef Steak
- 540g of Hakubaku udon noodles
- 2 heads of Pak Choi
- 200g of sliced mushrooms
- 2tbsp of finely chopped garlic
- 2 onions
- 4 Spring Onion
- 4tbsp vegetable oil
- 4tbsp of Obento mirin seasoning
- 4 tbsp of light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of Lee Kum Kee dark soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp of corn starch
Method
- Mix Lee kum kee dark soy sauce with light soy sauce, obento mirin seasoning, Sesame oil and corn starch together to make the stir fry sauce.
- Mix 2 tbsp of the stir fry sauce into chopped up beef.
- Make Hakubaku noodles as instruction say
- Place chopped onion in wok with oil for 3 minutes stir occasionally. Then add mushrooms and garlic for another 3 minutes. Then add beef for 2 minutes Then add noodles, pak choi and stir fry sauce for another 3 minutes and stir occasionally
- Finally serve in bowl with chopped spring onion and eat.
