
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp obento rice wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp obento mirin
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Handful mixed salad leaves
- Desired amount of broccolini
- 1 cup of rice
- Grated carrot
- Spring onion
Method
- Place rice in pot and boil until cooked. In this step you can fry broccolini in pan with garlic and onion oil and half a cup of water or boil broccolini.
- Mix all teriyaki sauce ingredients (rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, mirin and brown sugar) in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved
- Cook beef (or desired meat or tofu) for 2 minutes- place teriyaki sauce in pan and allow to cook until sauce is thickened
- Serve beef or chosen meat/tofu on a plate with broccolini, grated carrot, mixed salad leaves spring onions with and a side of rice. To make it even more delicious squeeze Japanese kewpie mayonnaise on the top. Enjoy your rice bowl on a plate.
