
Ingredients
- Scotch fillet beef,
- Salt , pepper , garlic powder, parsley , butter
- Kewpie Japanese dressing for dipping sauce.
Method
- Heat a pan with a little olive oil over medium heat, when the pan is hot enough, fry the meat on one side for about 3 minutes and then flip.
- if you eat rare or Medium rare , you can skip this step . If you want to eat cooked, cut into bite-sized pieces and shake the pan until the meat is cooked evenly.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper , garlic Power or garlics mince and parsley ,butter at last. Turn off the heat and serve with kewpie sauces .
- Serve with any side you like , I serve it with bread and tomatoes . Kids love it simple .
