
Ingredients
- Mince beef 500g
- 1 Zucchini, 1 carrot, 1 red onion , 1 red capsicum
- SAUCE2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar 1 tbsp siracha 7 tbsp soy sauce 1 cup beef stock1tbsp sesame oil 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp cornflour 1 tbsp milk
- 1 280gm packet Chow mein egg noodles
Method
- Fry beef mince till cooked and set aside.
- Dice and Fry vegetables until cooked then add to cooked beef mince
- Combine milk and cornflour and mix till dissolved
- Add all the sauce ingredients together including cornflour mix
- Cook noodles per packet instructions and then add to beef and vegetable mix
- Heat the sauce on med heat till it thickens. If a thicker sauce is needed prepare more cornflour mix and add
- Combine sauce with beef, vegetable, noodle mix and toss to coat all the ingredients in sauce - serve
