
Ingredients
- Crushed peanuts
- Thin sliced beef
- Thai basil
- Valcom pad Thai Stirfry paste
- Rice noodles
- Frozen stir fry vegetables
Method
- Flash cook Stirfry vegetables for 2 min straight from freezer in wok
- Add beef and Valcom pad Thai paste. Cook for further 10-12 mins
- Stir in rice noodles and top with Thai basil and crushed peanuts
