- Coconut milk
- Coconut cream
- Chicken stock
- Fish sauce
- Tamarind puree
- Potato
- Bay leaf
- Cinnamon stick
- Brown sugar
- Massaman curry paste
- Cardamom pods
Method
- Brown meat remove from pan
- Some coconut cream mixed with curry paste
- Add beef back with coconut milk, potatoes stock, spices, sugar, tamarind, fish sauce and rest of coconut cream
- Simmer for 1.5hours, cook rice serve in one delicious bowl so rice soaks up the sauce
