- Chunk steak
- Onion
- Potatos
- fish sauce
- Tamarind pure
- Valcom massaman curry paste
- Peanuts
- Coconut milk
Method
- Half a jar of massaman paste with a pinch of coconut milk
- Heated ingredients in slow cooker. Cut onion and placed in slow cooker.
- Cut potatoes and add in slow cooker. Add chunky beef in slow cooker. Add fish sauce, paste and sugar
- Add rest of coconut milk and cook on low heat for 8hours
- Serve with rice and peanuts
