
Ingredients
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 potato chopped enough bite size
- Carrots chopped bite size
- 500g diced beef
- Golden curry Japanese curry mix mild 92g
- 560 cups of water
Method
- Add oil to a heat pan
- Stir fry onions, when the aroma came out, add the potato and carrots.
- Add beef and stir fry total in 5mins.
- The meat will be juicy along with vegetables. Then add water. Bring to boil until meat an vegetables are tender for 10mins, and then simmer for 5mins.
- Turn the heat off, and then break the S&B golden curry mix. Stir until the sauce thickens and curry mix are all melted.
- Serve with rice and Enjoy
