
Ingredients
- 1 kg beef mince
- 2 onions finely diced
- Garlic (3 cloves crushed)
- Chilli (2-3 de-seeded) finely chopped
- 4 large carrots grated
- 1 whole baby wombok (shredded)
- ABC Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- Approx 250g Angel Hair Pasta
- Chicken stock powder
- 1 cup water
Method
- Fry onion chilli and garlic until softened
- Add mince and cook until browned
- Add grated carrot and wombok (or bok Choy) and cook until vegetables are softened
- Add 3 dessert spoons ABC sweet soy sauce and stir through thoroughly.
- Add angel hair pasta, broken in half.
- Put 3 teaspoons of chicken stock into 1 cup hot water. Add this to the pan and stir to combine.
- Cover the pan and allow to cook for a few minutes until the pasta is softened.
- Continue to stir while cooking and add more sweet soy sauce to taste
