
Ingredients
- Garlic cloves x 2
- Onion x 1
- 250g beef mince
- Oyster sauce x 1 table spoon
- Soy sauce x 1 table spoon
- Salt and pepper 1 pinch
- Red cabbage x 2 leaves
- Corn kernels x 2 table spooons
- Egg x 1
- Hakubaku Organic Udon
- Kewpie Roasted Sesame Japanese Dressing
Method
- Boil Hakubaku organic udon noodles for 10 minutes, then drain and put into a bowl.
- While the noodle is under boil, mix the beef mince with garlic (crushed), onion(sliced), oyster sauce, soy sauce and pinch of salt and pepper. Cook the marinated beef mince stir fry in the pan for 3 minutes in medium heat. Then add the diced red cabbage and whole corn kennels into the pan and cook another 5 minutes until ingredients all cooked.
- In another oan, pan fry an egg. Then add the cooked egg onto the dried cooked udon noodles. And add the cooked beef mince and vegetable onto the dried udon bowl. Garnish with some Kewpie Roasted sesame dressing. The dish is now ready to serve!
