
Ingredients
- Coconut cream
- 3 potatoes
- 500g diced beef
- One onion
- Ayam curry paste
Method
- Place sliced onion in pan with oil to fry on medium heat
- Add ayam curry paste with diced beef in a bowl and mix leave to marinate
- Peel and dice potatoes and in separate pan boil them with salted water.
- Placed diced beef in same pan as onions once they have caramelised then add coconut cream and lower the heat
- Drain the water from boiled potatoes then add it to the died beef pan.
- Let the pot simmer till the oil from the curry paste separates from coconut milk and colour of curry becomes richer.
