
Ingredients
- 3 cup Obento tempura batter mix
- 1 ts S&B wasabi
- 4 tbs Kewpie mayonnaise
- 2 cups of oil
- 2 fish fillets
- 1/2 cup milk
Method
- Dice fish into bit size pieces
- Mix 4 tbs of kewpie mayonnaise with 1ts of wasabi and put into a small side dish
- Place 3 cups of tempura batter mix in to a bowl and 1/2 of milk, mix together until batter is thickened.
- Put oil into a wok or pan until the oil is hot.
- Dip the fish pieces in a few at a time until cooked through.
- Put the cooked fish onto a plate and place the wasabi mayonnaise mixture to the side of the plate for dipping. For extra heat add a little more wasabi that has not been mixed on to the plate
