
Ingredients
- Rice noodles
- Sushi ginger
- 1/4 cup Obento ponzu sauce
- Furikake seasoning
- Kikkoman sushi sauce
- Fresh barramundi fillet
- Sliced red onion
- Chopped avocado
- Shredded carrot
- Chopped cucumber
- 1 tsp honey
- Kewpie mayonnaise
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 170° C
- Season barramundi with salt & pepper and pop into pre-heated oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through
- Prepare your cucumber, carrot, onion & avocado
- Place rice noodles in a bowl of boiled water, drain after 3 minutes
- In a sauce dish combine honey & Obento ponzu sauce
- In a serving bowl combine the rice noodles, cucumber, red onion, carrot, avocado & barramundi. Drizzle the Obento & honey mixture on top
- Top with Kewpie mayonnaise, kikkoman sushi sauce, furikake season & sushi ginger
