- Pork chops
- Vermicelli noodles
- Salad mix
- Cucumber
- Carrot
- Onion
- Spring onion
- Coriander
- Lemon
- Garlic
- Lemongrass
- Pate
- Pork crackling/scratchings
- Soy sauce
- Mayonnaise
- Chilli oil
- Chinese five spice
- Maggi seasoning sauce
Method
- Marinate pork chops in soy sauce, chilli oil, Chinese five spice, minced lemongrass and garlic. Then air fry or pan fry.
- Cook vermicelli noodles according to pack
- Slice onion and add lemon juice and set aside to slightly pickle
- Cut carrot, cucumber, spring onion and coriander
- Make salad dressing with minced garlic, lemon juice, fish sauce, maggi seasoning sauce, sugar and water.
- Assembly- place salad mix at bottom of the bowl, followed by vermicelli noodles then sliced pork chop, cucumber, carrot, onion, spring onion, coriander, pate and mayonnaise. Add pork crackling and salad dressing just before serving.
