
Ingredients
- Chicken legs
- Soy sauce
- Crunchy peanut butter
- Ginger
- Chilli flakes
- Seasame oil
- Olive oil
Method
- Toss chicken in soy sauce leave for 30 mins to marinade
- Place chicken in oven temp 180 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes
- Mix remaining ingredients and top of chicken. Bake for further 20 minutes.
- Serve with bok choy and pour over remaining juices from oven tray.
