
Ingredients
- Fresh salmon fillet (skin off)
- Sushi rice
- Rice wine vinegar
- Spicy mayo
- Soy sauce
- Nori
Method
- Cook rice and let vool
- Dice salmonMix in bowl with pinch of salt Soy sauce and spicy Mayo to taste
- Once rice cooled add 2tsp rice wine vinegar
- Cut nori sheets into squares(Larger than muffin tin holes)
- Place teaspoon of rice in centre of nori square then press into mufin tray (3/4 fill with rice)
- Spoon salmon mixture on top of rice
- Bake in oven at 180° for 10mins
- Serve with drizzle of spicy Mayo, or avocado diced
