Baked Red Chicken Curry

Ingredients
- Chicken thighs
- Red curry paste
- Fish sauce
- Coconut milk
- Lime leaves

Method
- Add chicken thighs to pot
- To make sauce combine red curry paste with coconut milk,fish sauce and lime leaves to make 140 ml
- Add sauce to pot coating chicken and bake in oven for 20 min covered at 200 degress. Then remove lid and cook for 20 min more until chicken is cooked through
