
Ingredients
- Salmon
- Sesame seeds
- ABC chilli sauce
- Japanese mayo
- Broccoli
- Cucumber
- Soy sauce
- Vinegar
- Sesame oil
- Chilli oil
- Sugar
- Cous cous
Method
- Mix ABC sauce and Mayo together and put it on top of the salmon Set oven to 180 degrees and put salmon in for 10 to 15 mins depending on your preference
- While Salmon is baking make a veg of your choice. I chose broccoli and steamed it with butter, salt and pepper
- Next make Cucumber salad. Cut Cucumber in half and semi smash so the sauces seep in. Cut the Cucumber into small peices and add to a bowl with salt. Let it sit for 5 to 10 mins. Drain and rinse then add sauces. Soy sauce, Sesame oil, chilli oil, Vinegar and sugar. Mix well. Add Sesame seeds too
- Make cous cous according to packet instructions.
- Plate cous cous, Salmon on top woth broccoli and Cucumber salad on the side and top with Sesame seeds and enjoy
