
Ingredients
- 1 Bag of Baby Spinach Leaves
- 1 teaspoon of raw sugar
- 1 tablespoon of Sushi Seasoning
Method
- Blanch the spinach leaves in boiling water
- Drain the blanched spinach in a colander
- Put the spinach onto a plate
- Put 1 teaspoon of raw sugar on top of spinach
- Drizzle 1 teaspoon of Sushi seasoning on spinach
- Gently toss the spinach with the sugar and the sushi seasoning, ready
