- Sushi seasoning
- Yaki nori for sushi
- Avocado
Method
- Cook rice according to bag instructions
- Add sushi seasoning to rice
- Lay out yaki nori on sushi mat and add rice on top at one end
- Add avocado on top of rice
- Roll sushi
- Cut up and serve with soy sauce if desired
