
Ingredients
- 500 gms pork fillets, sliced
- 2 tblspn peanut oil
- 2 tblspn oyster sauce
- 1 tblspn Squid brand fish sauce
- 1 tblspn cornflour
- 2 tsp white sugar
- black pepper
- 2 tblspn soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1 quartered onion, layers separated
- 1 seeded chopped red capsicum
- 125 gms baby corn, or sweet corn kernels
- 100 gms snow peas
- fried noodles and unsalted cashews, to serve
Method
- Combine pork, sauces, cornflour, sugar, pepper, stock, sesame oil and garlic. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Heat 1 tblspn oil in wok. Add vegies to cook for 2 minutes. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tblspn oil in wok. Add pork and sauce. Stir fry 3-4 minutes until brown.
- Add vegies and stir fry 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve sprinkled with noodles and cashews.
