
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 100g leg ham
- Spring onion
- Shredded mozarella cheese
- Baby spinach
- Mushrooms
- Kewpie Mayonnaise and roasted sesame
- Soy sauce
- Tonkatsu sauce
- Sushi rice seasoning
Method
- Beat eggs
- To the beaten eggs add diced ham and mushrooms, chopped spring onions and spinach.
- Pour mixture into a fry pan on medium heat.
- Sprinkle cheese and fry seasonings
- Add lid and cook mixture until egg firm.
- Serve with sauces drizzled on top.
