
Ingredients
- 1 medium sized cooked chicken breast
- 1/2 avocado chopped
- 2 chopped truss tomatoes or 1/4 punnet of cherry tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 red onion chopped
- 150g salad leaves
- salt and pepper
- Kewpie Roasted Sesame dressing
- 1/2 cup roasted salted cashews
Method
- Use two plates and make up salad equally in each (enough for 2 people)
- Place leaves, then avocado, onions, and tomato in plates
- Season with ground salt and pepper
- Sprinkle cashew nuts and chicken equally over salad in both plates
- Dress with Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing (and yes, more is better!) and enjoy!
