
Ingredients
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Fried Noodles
- Chicken Breast
- Teriyaki Marinade
- Sushi Rice
- Kewpie Mayonnaise (Original)
- Edamame Beans
- Kewpie Mayonnaise (Siracha flavour)
Method
- Chop up chicken breast into cubes and marinade then pan fry until cooked through.
- Cook sushi rice in rice cooker
- Chop up Cucumber and Avocado
- Add all ingredients to bowl and garnish with Edamame Beans and Fried Noodles. Top with your choice of Kewpie Mayonnaise.
